The portal has been changed to include important updates.
1. To increase the effectiveness of our onsite communications between the office and technicians, an additional form has been added to allow technicians to easily update the office when a job is unable to be completed. Going forward, technicians are required to submit this form instead of a job completion form.
2. Technicians can now view the Job Conduct Protocol. The Job Conduct Protocol is to ensure a cohesive approach to every job. The protocol is aligned with company marketing and the new How Our Teams Works information document that is sent to every customer prior to works commencing. Its important therefor that technicians follow the protocol daily. Failure to do so will result in avoidable issues arising during work days. Technicians are to read the protocol monthly, as continual changes to the protocol will occur to improve our service.
